Solmar Beach Resort

My boyfriend and I bought a time share at the Solmar Beach Resort last year. We have been calling the number given to us in our paperwork to try to book our time but have gotten no response or the phone number is no longer valid. Does anybody know how we would go about finding a valid contact number so we can book our time. We have already lost out on one years' week and don't know what to do. We have tried emailing but got an automatic response that stated we would get a reply within 48 hours, but several days have passed and with no response. Help! We are losing our minds trying to get what we paid for. Can anybody help me?
