Thanks for seeking legal advice Jeffrey. I was hoping somone would. (I can't because I am in the UK). I too have decided to foreclose on my unit. I am waiting to see what happens next. Can I simply 'walk away' I don't owe any money on the unit? It's a good suggestion to vote the management company out.
