John, What they have done with me for I have been fighting this for 2 years now. I own in the fountains. If you go back a few postings on this blog you will see they offered me 200 bucks american to sign a warrenty deed giving them back my property which I have owned since 91. I said no way. Spend the money in legal fees. You surely know it will cost them more than 200 bucks to foreclose.
