This is very important since you have to be sure you get enough points to cover your vacation plans. While your deed reflects a floating week, there should be some paperwork that indicates how many points your unit is worth. On another note, be sure that the unit will NOT revert back to the standard "weeks" system which will cause you to pay possibly thousands of dollars to reconvert back to points.
