I own two weeks at PBSB. Can anyone tell me about their experience in exchanging a PBSB week (just for one week, not a deed exchange) for another PB property, such as PB Emerald Bay? Is there a simple procedure to follow or is it a big pain? Is there a number or email, or is it best to do it when we are at PBSB? Do I need to book my week and then look to exchange it thru RCI or will PB be happy (insert your own sarcasm) to help me? Thanks. Bill
