[Q=cynthiah131] We keep getting phone call from a company called ' Timeshare Hotlist'. Have anybody heard about them? Them charge $250 to list the timeshare for sale.... Thanks[/Q] They told me they were going to RENT my timeshare for me for $3000 but of course there was a fee. I checked the BBB and they are not a rental agent. See below from the BBB site. "This company offers marketing and advertising. Based on a sample contract provided by company, they state: Timeshare Hot List (THL) is an independent advertising company. We are not a real estate broker and are not affiliated with any timeshare resort. This is a For Sale/Rent Buy Owner program therefore THL is not involved in any negotiations for the sale or rental of the listed property."
