Mac, If you will go back to the begining of these pages on this subject the ideas you state which are very good and thoughtful have been tried. I personally paid to see a lawyer on this subject and he said he wouldn't and couldn't reccommend any lawyer that would take on sheraton/vistana without an outragous retainer. And as stated in one of my previous posts there was a time not that long ago when the was a computer set up so that you could get a list of all vistana owners but when sheraton took over that disappeared.
