I am an American and did not fall for their sales pitch. ( They do have quite a pitch..don't they) We purchased with the idea to use the property. I never thought for one minute to make $ on the rental. A non issue. Purchased to use or give as gift. I own many properties all over the world. ( Not time share or Fractonal ownership) Baloney!
