We have had a similar problem with CVM and Platinum Escrow Service. We paid the sales commission upfront as they demanded but have refused to pay the closing costs up front. Now no one returns our emails or phone calls, I have a feeling that they are tied in with Belaire. They have worked out another way to get money illegally. We feel we have been scammed.
