I received an e-mail from Mr. Sadler, and he has filed a motion that would allow him to look at the books of Club Land'Or, so things are in progress. Also, I was at Virginia Beach District Court on Friday for another matter, but just for your information, there were 15 cases on the docket for Club Land'Or where they were suing members for unpaid fees. Non of them showed up which means either they got scared and paid or Land'Or got judgements against them. A friend of mine that goes to court at least once a month says there are at least that many on the docket every month. Do you wonder again if something needs to be done?
