The H.D.M. was suppose to install a generator to help keep our electrical cost down, this was the reason for the assesment, the Cerromar use to supply the electric to H.D.M. and the riverpool was part of the Ceromar property too. I know things are taking a long time in P.R. to get done but this project has nothing to do with the construction next door, was this started and is it completed ? This is as least a positive step that should reduce the high maintenance at this timeshare, "I hope". Like I said there is no communication or not enough communication from management. Rumors are the only way we get any information, and thats really sad.
