In my opinion, Hyatt Vacation Club used fraud when selling us these timeshares. They did not tell us they did not own the hotels we all loved. They did not tell us the riverpool was not part of the Hacienda del Mar. They did not tell us our utilities and AC were dependent on the hotel they did NOT own. The AC is a big part of what is driving up our maintenance costs. I filed a complaint with BBB about Hyatt's fraudulent sales practices in PR. Perhaps if more of us filed complaints, Hyatt would take some action. And do not expect to have privileges at the Ritz. Do you have privileges at the beautiful water park the golf course built, the golf course that used to be managed by Hyatt but is no longer? NO.
