This may sound strange, but we were told after the first things started to close (restaurants, shops, river pool), that you could sell privately and then Hyatt would counter offer you...but of course, Hyatt isn't buying anything now at all...nothing was mentioned in the beginning about if new owners "would not have same priveliges"...All I ever heard from Hyatt Corp. itself is "use another vacation spot until HDM is finished"...they could care less about all our inconveniences...good luck on getting a list of fellow disgruntled owners...it would definitely be helpful!
