Thank you for your efforts! As a minimum in terms of restitution, I suggest hat Hyatt reimburse its owners the difference between what the maintenance fee was before they gave up Cerromar and Dorado and what it is times the number of years it has been since they gave up those two hotels. A rough estimate? $500 X 5 = $2500.
