[Q=carolinem61] Never heard of 'em myself, but whoever they are ONLY deal with them if they take their commission UPON SALE (i.e., no upfront fees required). Expect to have to pay a minimum commission of $1,500 or 25% of selling price, whichever is higher. Good luck.
