Re: Hacienda del Mar

Just read a post here for a Hacienda Del Mar unit that sleeps 8 for Thanksgiving week 47 , a Silver week and a 5th floor unit that's for sale. They are asking $4900 US dollars, what an investment for them. They could have just purchased a defunct timeshare when they made a purchase back when and used it for trading purposes, I guess that's what the new owner of this persons unit will do when they buy it. Also there are many fees due in P.R. when you sell so the seller might see a small portion of his asking price . Unit is listed on Redweek in the "for sale section" , buyer does not get to use the Hotels every other year and the seller does not state this because they probably don't know. I am not the broker, just a messenger. Also Hyatt has the right to stop the purchase because it may be too low, do you think this will happen, I don't, and I do not think they will exercise their right of first refusal where they can make the puchase before anyone else.
