They won't step in. They no longer care about the property (IMO). If the maintenance fees weren't so high (and volatile) I would have kept mine, but I could find better deals in places just as nice as the Hyatt Vacation properties. The fees aren't that bad, but I doubt the seller is aware of them. I certainly wasn't when I sold mine.
