Okay so here's another unit for sale at the Hacienda Del Mar week 39 going for a $1000 , come on Hyatt, this is a fraction of what someone paid for this after your super sales pitch. As I wrote in the last post the Hyatt has the right of first refusal to purchase this so the value will remain for their property. Will they just let it go for this price in a private sale? We all seem to like to wait and watch someone do something , but they know you won't so they will do what they want and let the values drop. If I paid a $1000 for my unit I wouldn't be complaining here on this forum, but Ivan should be getting some phone calls from people that read these post that own there and I will call him too, he should be able to relay our concerns to Hyatt management.
