Hi Aaron, We are having all the same problems as everyone else. It has been almost 9 months since we signed a contract with IA Vacations. Thanks for the info. I have filed a complaint with the TN BBB and Consumer Affairs Dept. Next the Attorney General's Office and Licensing board.
