Just finished writing to Hyatt along with a copy sent to their consumer affairs division, I wrote to tell them that we would like to establish a Cooperative Owners Group to have a say in the matters at this timeshare i.e. budgets, projects etc., I requested information for obtaining a mailing list so we can communicate with other owners and establish a proxy roster for voting on important matters that happen at the Hacienda del Mar. Does anyone have an original contract/brochure that was used at their closing so my lawyers can read if the river pool was described as being part of the Hyatt property.
