gary769, How can you assist? I'm in a similar spot. I own, fully paid off, but am no longer interested in my property. I own 1 week in Maui, Hawaiii. Nenna, You can surrender your property over to them. Just make sure you are paid for the year and they'll take it back. There may be fees with it, not sure.
