There's no timeshare in Florida that would sell for $30K in this economy ..... many people can't even give their Florida timeshares away as Florida has more timeshares per capita than anywhere else in the world. When anyone calls you with such an offer hang up on them then put their telephone number of your 'do not call' registry. You can do it online.
