davidn247 Thanks for the clear description and estimates of cost alternatives for those of us still wanting to stay involved in Marriott at a reasonable cost level. I've come to the same conclusions and will likely buy an additional resale or two at cut rate prices in locations I plan to spend my vacation time. Cheers!
