i feel the fees are way to high the special assessment is keeping the sales office open after all the units are sold they still have a full staff the service is terrible and OUR ROOM WAS BROKEN INTO AND 20,000$ WORTH OF CASH AND JEWELRY WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE SAFE WHICH WAS BROKEN INTO ELECTRONICALLY THE COSTS HAVE TO BE REDUCED HOW CAN WE GET TOGETHER AND GET A LIST OF OWNERS TO PROTEST THESE FEES
