I sold my timeshare through Timeshare King - last year great loss - owned 2BR lockoff phase I - what a waste. Fees drove me to sell and they don't care the least. To answer you question as best I can regarding the fees - this is what I got from their legal dept - seems that only 30% of owners paid their fees and we paid the penalty for those who didn't
