Im sure they would like to report themselves, like dah![/Q] You will have to contact the resort directly to request the identiies of their respective POA / BOD members. IF you are an owner there, they MUST provide you with that information upon request. Upon receipt of a written request, they should provide you with a list of all POA / BOD members, including contact information for each one. That said, if the property at issue is still in original developer sales (i.e., not yet "sold out" and with oversight fully turned over to an owner-based POA), then the BOD may well be comprised only of assorted stooges for the developer and the developer's 's interests. If that is the case, rest assured that any and all such developer-planted puppets do NOT represent (or even particularly consider) OWNER interests. Knowing nothing at all about the particular resort you mention, I have no idea whether or not the POA / BOD at that facility is still under developer control and influence.
