He probably did not tell you about the annual maintenance fees, did he? Do you really plan to vacation in Willis, TX at least every other year? Also, investing in a timeshare for rental income is sketchy at best. And $11,000 for a timeshare in TX?!? Please! You could probably find that for a dollar on E-bay.
