[Q=sb164] They must be making the rounds of Playa del Sol owners! I just got off the phone with them as well. They are not a BBB member (nor need they be) so there are no results with the BBB. I found this site, as I always do a "complaint" search for anyone that approaches me to sell my timeshare. Funny, the agent started out with 34,500 and then just changed it to 37,000 to "round it out". Buyer bewary! I haven't seen their proposal yet but shall peruse it with a fine tooth comb.[/Q] See, this should have raised a big red flag with you as I don't know of any timeshare on earth that's selling for $37,000 when people are giving away their timeshares left and right .... it's all BS to get money from you.
