To sell timeshare anywhere in the US you must have a real estate license. Think about it, when you brought your home did you have pay your listing agency any upfront fees? Don't fall victim to any company that claim they can sell or rent your property especially if they are asking for upfront fee. All ligitamate companies will require good faith monies in your own escrow account if any or monies are exchange the day of closing. Hope this helps.
