I just called them, not 10 minutes ago, at the number I got from this forum - 1-800-279-7764 - and they informed me that they were not buying back points at this time. Any suggestions? Is there some specific language I should be using to get rid of my points??? I can't stand this company - like everyone else, I much perferred Sunterra. Any suggestions? Thanks
