Currently the maintainance fees and taxes on a 1 bdrm. / 1 bath / 1 week unit are roughly $1800.00 per year. $1800 x52 weeks = $93,600 in revenue for 1 unit. This is outrageous! When you factor in the purchase price over a ten year period you are well within the luxury rental range of $500 to $600 per night and you can get accomodations any time you like. Your logic is exactly the same as The Manhattan Club management. This is no bargain. If this is such a good deal why is the resale value virtually 0?
