When you purchased into the "Hawaiian Collection", you also bought a share in Poipu. You also bought a share of the $65 Million repair bill. This was a well known issue in 2009. If it wasn't mentioned, you might have a claim for fraud. I would suggest you check out www.poipuowners.org and join up. There is good advice there about what actions you might take. There is nothing immediate, but the long range goal would be to remove DRI from managing our resorts.
