To the ceo ofsellmy timesharenow.com. taking money up front from older folks and doing nothing and doing nothing for them over long periods of time is fraud, unfortunately it is a grey area and difficult and expensive to prove....but unethical just the same. You should at least be up front enough to tell people honestly what to expect from you with actual sales data signed by you.
