The difficulty involved in disposing of a timeshare can be quite frustrating.[/q] You say that you have a company that consults for HOA boards and property management companies yet in the very next sentence you say "the difficulty involved in disposing of a timeshare can be quite frustrating". HOAs and property management companies are not in the business of disposing of their timeshares .... after all, a resort's bread and butter are maintenance fees to keep the resort going so why would they want the timeshares to be disposed .... you really don't make any sense.
