Thank you for your response. I did get a call back, from Floyd, within 24 hours after making the post here and emailing all of my letters out. Floyd called me with the good news an hour or so after I left a message for Pat Joyce to call me. He said my refund is on the way, but to give him 90 days. I am considering removing / revising my posting here from two days ago. I'd like to get something in writing, some real confirmation that I am truly getting refunded. Thank you, AmyD, for your help and advise. I will keep you posted.
