RE. Reliability of timeshare rental company called "Timeshare by owner" out of Florida

Timeshare By Owner is one of the best known scammers with thousands of complaints against them. The Florida Attorney General filed a lawsuit against them July 2010 for deceptive and unfair practices. Stay away from them. Hope that helps.
