Thank you, I thought I was the only one who has been outraged by the way they are conducting their figures. I have many times thought of a class action suit. I would love to speak with you regarding such actions. I am a phase I owner and our fees have been going up without justification. They talk about all of the forclosures that are going on as a reason however, the units go back to SW to be resold. Unfortunately the units are no longer available to owners for availability. We absorb the MF increase but lose availability. I have been calling 3 times a day for 6 months trying to get a week. The whole thing is a scam and the owners are being cheated.
