Never pay $8500 for a studio in Texas. You could probably find that for $1 on E-bay or elsewhere. Also, never trust a timeshare salesperson who refers you to a third party to rent out your timeshare. This company will charge you an upfront fee and there's no guarantee that your unit will rent.
