Harbortown Point is real gem. 45 to 60 minutes North of LA, and 35 minutes South of Santa Barbara on the coast! The wind usually is blowing from the Ocean and North. It is usually very cool. This is very refreshing coming from Florida. The resort is small about 60 units. It has an outside swimming pool and an enclosed jacuzzi. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are only a handful of time shares on the California coast. I highly recommend it. Joe B.
