So I own a deeded floating week at Poipu every odd year. The assessment really has me upset since the maintenance fees are already so high for a time share that I no longer use. I purchased in 1995 and got a very good price but now want to sell. I saw two resales for $1.00?? should I just return to Diamond and count my losses? Any suggestions or thoughts?
