Some folks expect one thing and honestly hear another. Or, as sometimes happens for various reasons, the info they provide the company to verify their ownership cannot be verified so the deal does not go thru. You do not get these kinds of better Business Bureau ratings, however, if there is a preponderance of complaints. Good Luck.
