I just received my Premiere Vacation Collection Owners Association annual meeting notice and proxy ballot with the Board of Directors election. I can't recall having the opportunity to vote for the Board. It is surprising how many of the candidates are employees of Diamond Resorts International, including all three incumbents! I am voting for candidates that are independent! How are DRI employees going to represent me?
