When you say that the HOA decides whether to raise maintenance fees that is half correct. However, the major number of members of the HOA are either employees of Diamond or related to them. So, therefore, Diamond is indirectly deciding to raise the fees. This has been the biggest frustration for me. [Q=bobh414] You're absolutely wrong. HOA controls all maintenance fees. And diamond makes no money off of them. Use your time to do more research before you come to the table with information that is 100% false. No one is defending diamond. We are defending the truth.[/Q]
