Has anyone else experienced other ways to defraud further down the process? Kathryn[/Q] Oh yes, many will tell you they don't charge an upfront fee then somewhere along the process they will say they have to have an upfront fee for whatever (ie: closing, recording fees etc. ) .... bottom line DO NOT EVER SEND AN UPFRONT FOR ANYTHING.
