Yes my maintenance went from $455 way up to $815 on my 2 bedroom every other year and my 3 bedroom is every year at $1050 plus late payments because the costs are killing me how do I get in the law suit? It is such a shame for such a beautiful resort. [Q=angelab412] Please advise on this lawsuit. I am an owner and my week is for every other year. However, my maintanence fees went up from $500 in 2010 to $855 in 2012! I really want out of this timeshare with them.[/Q]
