Update again I called westgate Friday. I was speaking to a rep. Again, the supervisor I needed wasn't in. I ask for another and we go back and forth. In the end, they agreed to refund me $300 and tell me that next time, it will cost me $440. I said it won't unless you change the terms and conditions on the owner reservation site! Again I tell her this is a westgate problem, not mine. She said I should see my refund in 7-10 days. I said I will watch for it and if I don't get it, I will be calling back. Com here on out I will be banking my weeks with interval!
