I know I have heard to never pay an upfront fee to sale a timeshare. I got a call from the above company and it is in the contract that they will buy the timeshare for the market price if it has not been sold in 10 months. I usually believe if it sounds to good to be true it probably is, but if anyone has actually had luck with them I would give them a try. I checked the BBB and did not see any complaints.
