I got a call from the above company and it is in the contract that they will buy the timeshare for the market price if it has not been sold in 10 months. I usually believe if it sounds to good to be true it probably is, but if anyone has actually had luck with them I would give them a try. I checked the BBB and did not see any complaints.[/Q] Never heard of them ..... do they charge an upfront fee? If they couldn't sell it then why would they buy it from you ..... I doubt they'll buy a timeshare that may be worth zero (market price for a vast number of timeshare weeks) .... also it seems they're a brand new scam operation .... their website has 2013 as copyright date .... beware.
