jacks......... my recommendation: don't waste time with another useless lawsuit. the first one failed. a second one, with, i assume, using the same attorney is, not only useless but totally ridiculous and ludicrous. what we need is media coverage of the mc frauds. get on that kind of bandwagon. contact any and all nyc area news media and let them know what's going on at that sham operation.
