If so, did you rescind within that period of time? If there was NO rescission period in your written contract then there is fraud involved (a rescission period is mandated by law). If this was the case then you need to stay in contact with Profeco. If a rescission period WAS listed in your contract and you did not rescind within that timeframe, then I'm afraid that you don't have a legal leg to stand on.
